Priorities as Agency Director and Plans for the Coming Years

My priority is to maintain a high level of service and build long-term partnerships with clients. Our agency is focused on investing in new technologies: artificial intelligence, data analytics, and modern marketing tools. This enables us to create more effective solutions for our clients, optimize, and automate the agency’s work.

Team Development – A Key Focus

Team development is a crucial focus of our work. Therefore, the agency continuously invests in the training and professional development of its employees.

Currently, we are focused on further growth of the agency. Special attention is given to the digital direction, which is developing most dynamically. Another vector is the creation of new products for our clients.

Major Challenges for Havas Media Ukraine

-War. This is the biggest challenge for all Ukrainians. We cannot be 100% sure of what tomorrow will bring, so we must be flexible and adapt to new conditions.

 

-Digital Transformation. The integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics allows us to create more effective solutions. We constantly monitor all new market trends and implement them into our workflows.

 

-Qualified Personnel. Currently, we face a shortage of qualified personnel in all areas. Therefore, it is important to find flexible and creative solutions, attract young talent, and create conditions for the continuous professional development of the team at all levels.

Qualities of a Successful Leader

In my opinion, for a leader to be successful, it is essential to be open and transparent with their team. A leader should not be just a formal manager but someone who motivates and inspires others to achieve their goals. Equally important is having a clear understanding of these goals and a well-formed vision for the future.
